@kinksandbeards Good luck with that!, the first week is a bit shit, but after that it gets better quickly. If there are specific moments that you are really craving it, substitute it tea or something else to make the transition easier. Just not something with too much caffeine ;)

I stopped drinking coffee for a month about half a year ago, and although it took some effort, it was definitely worth it, a bit like a reset switch to take things back to 'normal' consumption levels ;)
