Hey everyone. A middle and daddy from the UK here. I'm in my 40s and been into ABDL since I was very smol (about 4).

I really like nappies and I really like kid clothes and all that jazz too. Enjoy looking after littles/middles.

I'm also a NOMAP (and I know I'm not the only one into ABDL).
