Had a lot of messages recently regarding CWs (content warnings). While it's not a rule to use them on every post, a lot of users don't want to see sexual content, messy diapers or even crotch shots.
Put just putting "NSFW" or "ABDL content" isn't a helpful either. Using descriptive CWs will actually gain you interactions on your posts. If I see "padded pups" or "cute butts" I'm more likely to click and interact than if it's just marked as sensitive or has "ABDL" as a CW.
